Our in-house laboratory uses SCIL brand equipment to perform a wide range of biochemical analyses within an hour. For example, blood glucose levels (for diabetes management) and urea-creatinine (for kidney function) can be monitored quickly. We are also equipped to carry out complete blood counts on a variety of animals including dogs, cats, birds, rodents and reptiles. For certain more complex tests (genetics, histology, specific analyses) we work with a specialist laboratory to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
SNAP tests and blood clotting time analysis
We offer fast diagnosis for certain tropical diseases (e.g. ehrlichiosis and dirofilariasis), and can detect anti-vitamin K1 poisoning using a rapid blood test (results within an hour).
