Ultrasound, Doppler, Cardiology

Our ultrasound machine has three different probes for tailored scans of specific organs or areas.
Among other things, ultrasound allows us monitor pregnancies and heart health, locate tumours, and much more.

Built-in Doppler capabilities provide valuable information about blood vessel characteristics in any given organ.

CARDIOLOGY, ECG

Electrocardiography, also known as ECG, records the electrical activity of the heart using electrodes placed on the animal’s body. It is a painless procedure that helps diagnose heart disease and rhythm problems.

Blood pressure is measured by wrapping a special cuff around the animal’s leg. Anaesthesia is not required, and the process is quick and pain-free. These two tests are valuable for early detection and monitoring of heart conditions in both cats and dogs. They are often combined with cardiac ultrasounds and specific blood tests to give a complete picture of the situation.
