We go beyond consultations to provide comprehensive and ongoing care for your pet. As such, we have dedicated veterinary hospitals that allow us to treat and manage a range of conditions on site. We have separate hospitals for dogs, cats, and exotics (including species-appropriate cages for rodents, birds and reptiles), and special isolation facilities for potentially infectious animals.
Hospitalised animals are closely monitored, and our vets regularly carry out clinical examinations.
Our veterinary assistants play a crucial role in ensuring your pet receives the best possible care.
Cuddles are an important part of the recovery process (and we give plenty of them!), but we also provide services such as intravenous fluids, tube feeding, oxygen therapy in an O2 cage and so on. Our priority is to reduce the stress associated with a hospital stay.
We pay particular attention when it comes to managing acute pain.
Your pet’s pain level is assessed several times throughout the day.
Effective pain relief not only improves comfort, but also promotes faster recovery by allowing your pet to sleep, drink, eat and heal better.
We care about how your pet feels:
We make their comfort a priority throughout their stay.
The clinic has individual hospital boxes adapted to the size, physiology, and sensitivities of every animal. Each box features a quiet area for sleeping, a litter tray, as well as food and water bowls.
Special attention is given to optimising the animal’s comfort.
