Managing your pet’s pain is a top priority, and we are regularly trained in techniques to minimise any discomfort during treatment or surgery. We make every effort to ensure your pet’s well-being is respected throughout consultations, surgical procedures, and recovery.
As vets, it’s our job to make sure you clearly understand your pet’s condition and the options available. You can always ask us for an upfront estimate to find out how much treatment will cost.
We understand that every animal is unique. That’s why we take the time to get to know your pet and make them feel comfortable. A soothing touch, a few calming words, and a thoughtfully designed waiting room where cats and dogs can keep their distance all combine to create a welcoming and stress-free environment for arriving pets.
Following the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation on 25 May 2018 we reaffirm our commitment to transparency and the responsible use of your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
At our Rivière des Pluies clinic, your pet will receive expert care delivered with compassion and a gentle touch.
A practising veterinarian since 2001, Dr Emeline Pignolet regularly treats dogs, cats, and birds, and also holds a postgraduate diploma in dog breeding.
She is passionate about exotics, and is qualified to care for and operate on a wide range of animals, including goats, tortoises, birds, rabbits, reptiles such as lizards, and even wallabies!
Since 2012 she has been practising alongside Dr Marjolaine Tricoche, who specialises in general medicine and surgery, with particular expertise in general and orthopaedic procedures. She also has a strong background in medical imaging, traumatology, and orthopaedics.
Driven by a passion for their work, Dr Pignolet and Dr Tricoche ensure that your pets receive attentive and personalised care. They lead a team of highly qualified veterinary doctors and assistants, all dedicated to providing expert treatment and support for your pet every step of the way.
