Our values
Our veterinary clinics have been serving the north of Reunion Island every day since 2005, and we’re proud of our dedicated team of professionals who thrive in a fulfilling work environment. Our values are based on our team of passionate veterinarians, working alongside our veterinary assistants who play a vital role. We provide a comprehensive range of medical and surgical care for a very wide variety of species.
We believe in treating each pet with the respect and sensitivity they deserve. Our multidisciplinary clinics have the advantage of offering a full range of services, ensuring your pet receives the best possible care, right here in Reunion. We guarantee personalised and ongoing care for all our patients.
Our animal health professionals are ready to welcome your pets with expertise, kindness and a smile. We have clinics at Rivière des Pluies and Duparc as well as a veterinary practice at La Bretagne, all located not far from Reunion Island’s main airport (Roland Garros).
We understand that every animal is unique. That’s why we take the time to get to know your pet and make them feel comfortable. A soothing touch, a few calming words, and a thoughtfully designed waiting room where cats and dogs can keep their distance all combine to create a welcoming and stress-free environment for arriving pets.
As veterinary surgeons it’s our job to make sure you clearly understand your pet’s condition and the options available. You can always ask for a price estimate to find out how much treatment will cost.
Managing your pet’s pain is a top priority, and we are regularly trained in techniques to minimise any discomfort during treatment or surgery. We make every effort to ensure your pet’s well-being is respected throughout consultations, surgical procedures, and recovery.
The Rivière des Pluies clinic is proud to announce that it has achieved Silver level in the “Cat Friendly Clinic” programme.
The clinic recently demonstrated its commitment to feline welfare by becoming the first veterinary practice in Reunion to be accredited by the International Society of Feline Medicine’s “Cat Friendly Clinic” programme.
The ISFM’s programme aims to promote well-being and high standards of care for cats and to ensure a positive veterinary experience for all feline visitors and inpatients.
The programme requires the clinic to meet strict criteria that include providing cat-friendly premises and training staff in feline behaviour to minimise stress for both inpatients and outpatients. The criteria mandate separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats, cat-adapted hospital cages, as well as dedicated veterinary equipment for feline care including blood pressure monitors, heating mats, ultrasound scanners, analysers tailored to feline health parameters, etc.
Highly trained in cat care and behaviour, our team offers sensitive and respectful treatment for felines. The clinic’s commitment to providing the highest standards of veterinary care includes staying at the forefront of feline medicine through continuous learning.
